This is a review for WebCamMax.

If you are a budding Video Producer, or you wanting to impress your friends on a Messenger like yahoo or MSN, then WebCamMax is for you. With WebCamMax you can add effects, text, and use Picture In Picture, to make videos for presentations, stream live tv, and even just amuse your cam buddies on MSN.

As you can see there is some problems with the background, with the face being covered by the background, but as well as when you move to a certain point, it just simply goes away.
